Perfect for a solo traveler
The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was settled in. I stumbled upon their Indian food menu, and let me tell you, it’s not just food, it’s an experience that left my taste buds in awe.
It wasn’t exactly the cheapest option, but still reasonable for what I received.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from Panshanger Park and the New Maynard Gallery, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and a chance to discover local art. also, the bathrooms were great, recently refurbished and very clean, which added to my overall comfort during my stay.

It was just a fitting option for a quick stop in Welwyn Garden City with good value considering the price it charged. The food was surprisingly decent, and I enjoyed the prawn biryani despite its toughness. Be prepared for noisy surroundings, especially late at night.

The stay was quite an experience. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant night's sleep. What stood out was the Indian food at the bar. it was exceptional and the service was quick. the access to the rooms via steep metal stairs is not ideal for everyone, especially if you have mobility issues.

The bar downstairs serves decent drinks, and having an Indian restaurant right below was a convenient option for meals. The rooms feature a fresh, modern decor that stands out quite well against the surroundings.
Accessing the room via a metal fire escape staircase is a hassle, especially for anyone with physical difficulties. The sound insulation is practically non-existent with walls so thin, every noise from the pub below and the nearby rooms, including loud conversations and slammed doors, is all too apparent. The showers were subpar, quickly filling up with water, making it feel more like a shared pool than a personal space. while the price might draw you in, the experience leaves much to be desired.

Comfortable stay with amazing food
I had a lovely stay, enjoying a clean and comfortable standard double room. The highlight was definitely the Indian food, which was some of the best I've ever tasted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I did notice that access to the rooms is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep stairs.

Delicious Indian food stood out as a highlight of the stay, with generous portions that offered great value. accessibility could be improved, as there seems to be no provisions for disabled guests. The small room felt cramped for two nights but remained clean and comfortable throughout.
